The Warmup / Opening Session in Brühl

Will there be some racers from Finland going to this race? and to the Box12-race in particular? please please !

We are not coming to Bruhl.

In Finland we are still running good serie of G7 and G7 OMO races.
And we have a race in Laihia 17-19.11.

And before that we are going to go up to Norsjö for Riksmästerskap on Per's new track.
Are You coming there? I believe that they also race G12 up there.

It would have been nice to go also down to Bruhl, but we think that the races in Norsjö and Laihia will be better races. And there is just no possibilities to go racing 3 times in 4 weeks period!

And what comes to G12 Box Stock, it is just starting in Finland. I think that they are running first race today at Tavastehus (Hämeenlinna).
G12 is really something that we must get on going together with Sweden.
Going for a race to other country gives that needed extra to teenagers and their fathers to keep them in hobby. And with lot of experiment I can say that going together with other guys for a race in Sweden is lot of fun.

I personally think that for supporting our hobby, we should always support first national racing, then scandinavian, and after that european and world.

And when planning which race to go next, please feel warmly welcome to races in Finland.

We’re going to Bruhl simply because …it was the first opportunity ever for us to go to a serious box-race on a king on this side of “the lake”, there where no other choices at the time we booked our flights.
Unfortunately, Norsjö’s race didn’t fit into our/my schedule and that’s a shame. Per P and his pack have always been the most faithful racers in Mönsterås for more then 25 years and we really have to do the first payback visit there asap.

Re the possibility/problem with 3 glue-races in 4 weeks! we don’t mind to have that kind of problem here. You’re really doing things the right way with OMO-races in a series and now also starting with G12, that’s the way to go. Going to other countries/tracks will for sure take everyones racing to another level, We are not serious (or top-level) racers yet and we will as well take our travelling as a possibility to just have fun and a chance to getaway from everything else!

Your words about support are very wise.
It’s also right on time we go to Finland …sooner or later, even when considering the difficulty that we need new (Mura-) motors before going.
